i am deeply confused.....

So i just started the Game after a day or so, just to get the Notice "suspended for Toxic Behaviour".... my Reputation is esteemed, i rarely use Text Chat, and i only use VC to give intel to my team.... can anyone tell me what in the funk happened there?
