Raytheon Relocation Package

I got a Raytheon relocation package with 25 pts. does anyone know if i use the lumpsum option, is it tax assisted or not? Meaning if they for example offer me a lumpsum of $50k, does that mean i get exact $50k and they help with taxes or if i will get a reduced amount.
