Teladoc Benefit Issue

Has anyone tried to use the Teladoc services that we are given as a healthcare benefit? I have the Anthem HSA Gold plan, and according to our benefits page we have access to Teladoc services at no cost to us (company covers it).

However, when I create my Teladoc account with my RTX insurance member info, my account shows that I do not have coverage and it won’t let me schedule an appointment through Teladoc.

I have spent probably a combined 3 hours on the phone with RTX, Teladoc, and Anthem all of which point the finger at the other saying the issue on on the other’s end. At one point, I was in a three way call with a rep from Teladoc, Anthem, and RTX, which devolved into a shouting match between the Anthem rep and Teladoc.

Has anyone had this issue before? If so, how did you solve it?
