Selling portions of home

Our house is split in two portions, we own 66.2% and my spouses uncle owns the rest. We are wanting to sell ASAP! Would a real estate company buy our 66%? I know the uncle buying us out is an option but there is bad blood and we are trying to avoid having to contact him to buy us out. We are in Florida if it helps.
