Will my lambskin loo rep ever look like this???

Ladies help!!!! How can I give a “softened leather/used “look” to a brand new rep bag? I see this bloggers girls on instagram holding their chanel and it looks so soft and smooth comparing to my rep. I am wondering if mine it’s real leather (got with Audrey from 187) because it’s so structured and hard,it does not give the same vibe as the auth.. maybe is the size? Mine is a medium :( please give any tips on how to make leather softer and feel free to share pics if you have had your reps for years now and if has changed for better or worse. Thank you 💕💕
