The RM 100-day warranty allows me to exchange my broken RMPP for a new one.

and I sent E-mail to them and 7 hrs later they replied.

and I clicked the DHL link and could print out below,

and Put the RMPP in the safe box, which is a strong one I have.

What a quick service !!! Love it

I hope I can get the new RMPP next week :-)
