Shipping to Asia using USD
I tried to purchase a remarkable 2 and have them shipped to Taiwan, where I reside. There are two issues I'm facing:
1 - The currency is automatically being changed to EUR, which doesn't make sense. At least if the local currency is not difficult, the default currency for global shipping I'd suppose is USD. There is no option to change this.
2 - The markup is around 50 Euros compared to when ordering from within the US. I guess that is for the shipping cost, which is officially 'free,', but actually, it is calculated in the price.
I am wondering whether there are some forwarding services or other solutions to purchase the RM2 in USD, which I am more concerned about. Also, hopefully, with this post, their sales team will become aware of this because the support didn't seem to care.
