reMarkable customer care support agents

I was quite wondering, what is your experience with their customer care support? I do not mean to cause any trouble or any sort of a hate tho, but I am interested in what you guys think.

So far in my opinion there are good and bad agents, but I never felt a moment of disrespect from them.
