Can this floor tiling be repaired easily DIY?

As shown there are a few cracked tiles and lots of cracked grout probably due to settling over the decades. Would it be possible for me to easily repair this with some new tiles the same size and replace the broken ones? 70% of the floor is still intact. Thank you for your advice.
