Party Wedding Dress help

I’m looking for my second wedding party dress look and I’m trying not to break the bank. I would love a mini corset dress full of tassels and pearls/gems. Has anyone had any luck buying a dress from Aliexpress or Etsy that they would recommend? Or even to sell theirs?

Size: XS top but more S bottom sizing,
