What are these places called?

I don’t know who to ask since the people I ask gatekeep these things but I’m looking to go to a place like this as I have a high interest in clothing garments and I love collecting clothes to wear myself and share since these all end up going into landfill eventually. So I want to figure out what these warehouses are called that you can find old clothing! Any tips are appreciated!
