What “increased energy?”

What exactly should I be feeling on reta that would indicate it’s elevating my metabolism? Because, you guys, I’m fucking exhausted. It’s 2pm on a Saturday and I’m back in bed after getting up only an hour ago to eat something. I was in bed by 9pm last night.

I’m ~ 5 pounds away from my final goal and I’ve been losing/gaining the same 3lbs for weeks now. I just upped my dose to 10mg last week. The appetite suppression isn’t there, so I’m definitely eating more (which I’m fully aware is the cause of the stall in loss). I’m fine with the stall, I’m fine with taking months to lose the last few pounds, but if this shit is supposed to fire up my metabolism, I certainly don’t feel it. I moved to reta from tirz back in October after reading about the metabolic benefits: I found the prospect of ramping up my metabolism instead of slowing it down— as what inevitably happens when you lose weight— to be appealing.

I’ve added zinc, (on GLOW protocol as well— the fatigue long preceded GLOW) iron and B complex. The head rushes upon standing have greatly reduced, so I was probably anemic. I’m thinking of stacking— I have sema and tirz aplenty, and there’s a kit of cagri somewhere in the world making its way to me.

Anyone else exhausted on reta? What did you do? If you stacked, what did you use?
