Hot Take - Riven buffs are smaller than people think

Don't get me wrong, they are nice, but bad matchups are still terrible and good matchups you already stomp. These buffs are very small, I really am hopeful for s14 and the removal of Mythics to see where she lands.

But you know, riot buffing a champ with four, YES FOUR DASHES (shorter range than a single Jax Q which are also most of her damage) is unthinkable. Not to mention her ONE SHOT POTENTIAL (because Renekton/Aatrox won't one shot you while also being unkillable) champion. NOOB DESIGN TEAM!1!!!11!!
