Kottos strongest form is when the demon fully corrupts him, It's abilities are: Can stretch and create body parts, Create fire out of thin air (yes it could basically make a flame thrower if it wanted), Shoot black goo (it acts like acid and will disintegrate anything upon touch), And it can temporarily create mini weaker versions of itself like a bunch of minions.
