What is the best gift for my river sitter?

I've been using our current sitter for almost 3 years now and I genuinely adore them. Every holiday I put together a gift bag with fun things for them "from" the pets. Little gift cards to Starbucks and Chick fil a(their favorite)and coffee mugs and things for their fur babies as well. Is this okay? I try to make it personal without being creepy or overstepping any boundaries but I do feel like it's been so long that it's probably okay? What would you other rover sitters WANT as a gift or a thank you?
