First 5k
Hey ladies and gents, recently just downloaded the petes plan and aim to do my first workout (5k).
I’m military and quite already fit/athletic, however when I get on a rower I seem to just burn myself out straight away, I’m 6ft2 (25) and 98kg.
What would be a great starting pace/stroke rate? I seem to get mong vision and go too fast it seems lol
