Help needed on aliexpress purchase that is probably a scam

i ve bought from a seller on choice a nintendo switch console only on sale. 100e instead of 160 seller was new but the few reviews where positive. Seller shipped something to me and in the meantime removed all items from store and set the store on vacation. in meantime the ratings are dropping within a day to 66% but i cant see what is occuring . i did not yet receive the item but tracking shows its on the way. how to proceed. a friend told me to refuse delivery as it is signed, another friend to accept delivery and record the package opening as it is probably a scam. aliexpress support did not help either
