Dedicated device to replace my phone?

So far I've been using my phone (S23U) for higher end stuff including 3ds and switch (streamed from laptop to save storage lol) but it's getting pretty annoying not having a dedicated device.

Any suggestions for a replacement? Id like something that isn't much bigger than my phone ideally.
