Reoccurrence of symptoms

I was diagnosed with methane sibo with a level of 47, and completed a course of neomycin and rifaximin. I had some relief after treatment, but now a few weeks out I’m bloated and constipated again. I’m not sure the initial treatment worked and I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
