SIBO symptoms

I’m wondering if anyone has similar symptoms to me as it seems from most I have read are different from mine. I am hydrogen dominant. I haven’t had a solid stool for 7 months, I wake up every morning with trapped gas and my stomach rumbling like crazy (mainly in lower left part of abdomen). Usually have anywhere from 6-10 bowel movements a day. I am currently on ED (day 16) and have been doing two days fasting mixed in with it. I figured with the fasting I wouldn’t really have as much gas/pressure in my abdomen area but have still been waking up with it daily. Just wanted to see if anyone in here is experiencing the same as it’s beginning to make me feel as if sibo isn’t my main issue.
