Where to Stay - Lastarria vs. Las Condes (Near Cenco Costanera)

I'm looking for opinions on where to stay for a quick 3 day trip to Santiago. I narrowed down to:

• Lastarria (likely hotel Cumbres)
• Las Condes (W or Ritz)

It looks like most of our dinners are closer to the W and Ritz. We basically have 1 night when we arrive. 1 full wine day in Maipo and then 1 full day devoted to touring in the city.
