Best airbnb location for 4 weeks in Santiago?

We've been travelling South America for 8 months and Santiago, Chile will be our final stop from middle of February til middle of March.

There are quite a few airbnbs we like but not sure which area is better? Which area would you recommend the most out of the blue, green and yellow area? Or is it best to avoid all those areas?

I've heard that los condes is the best but its super expensive
