H to blame again

Who is she talking to right now?? I want to know who has gained knowledge, wisdom, and perspective from these nonsensical stories. She started out blaming herself, and I was just waiting for her to redirect the blame—and, true to form, she did. Does she want a round of applause for being so strong and dealing with a pain that 9/10 people experience?
