Should I retake?

Currently, I have a 1540 (750/790) from the November paper and pencil SAT. However, my parents want me to retake yet another time to score (or at least superscore) up to a 1550/1560. Is it really worth it? I already have a lot on my plate and won't be able to dedicate even more time to SAT.
