Austria Schengen Visa from UK

Has anyone applied to Schengen visa to Austria. I had a couple of questions regarding this. Is there a specific website where we need to fill the form ( if yes, where) or we need to edit the pdf , fill the relevant details and submit a print out at VFS.

Would appreciate any help in this regard.
