Parents are a joint owner and took a huge chunk of my investments

For some background (I’m 20 and in college), I got in a fight with my parents the day before New Year’s Eve while on winter break and ended up just packing up my stuff and staying with my girlfriend’s family for the rest of break. I assumed nothing too bad was going to happen until I logged into my account this morning where I found out that my parents has sold and taken a bunch of my holdings (seen in the picture above). This is a joint account with me being the primary owner. Is there anything I could do? Kinda just need some advice and options. Happy New Years…
