Job and a place to live

So i kind of want to move to Scotland over the summer and work. Just temporarily. I already know that i want to live in glasgow, maybe just outside glosgow idk. I have a driverslicens and a car.

Do you have any tips? What should i look into, what should i avoid? What is the best way to find a place to stay at?

Edit: Forgot to write that im not moving there this summer, hopefully summer 2026 tho
