Kent resident dies after being assaulted by group of juveniles, police pursuing leads

Kent PD investigating the assault of a 56-year-old man that has now turned fatal
Assault took place on August 22, at around 9:04 PM
Witnesses said that the victim, who was on a bicycle, was assaulted by three or four juveniles
One witness attempted to intervene by honking their horn, but the juvenile suspects continued to beat the unconscious man
Juvenile suspects had fled the area by the time Kent PD arrived
56-year-old victim was transported to the hospital in stable condition
Since the assault, the victim’s health deteriorated and he passed away on Sunday, September 8
