[SGBS007] Would you Swim in a 30 year old watch?

Would you swim in a 30 year old watch?

I’m new to the watch world and this was my first purchase. Grand Seiko SGBS007 9587-7010. I know nothing about the service history or even the exact year of it.

I’m going on vacation and I’m wondering what the consensus would be on swimming in it. It says 10 Bar but I’m not sure I trust the gaskets etc.

If anyone has some info they’d like to share on this watch I’d greatly appreciate it. Seems hard for me to find stuff. Maybe I’m just dumb and don’t know where to look.
