Joinamble?

I’m wondering if anyone has had this experience. I started joinamble for my semaglutide a month ago. I was recommended by my mom who was recommended by her friend.

When you join them they put you on a 3 month program for 179/mo

A week ago I logged in to their website and I saw a notice stating check in due… in my mind I thought ok they want to see how I’m doing. Nope. As soon as I finished the “check in” I was charged $179! I messaged their support immediately as well as messages the dr that I did not want that medication. This was the moment I got charged before anyone could even see the check in was completed. I had only just taken my third week dosage out of 3 months. I was not ready nor wanted the medicine. They responded saying hey we prescribed meds and sent them to the pharmacy. I said no thanks and they said ok we can cancel but will charge you $100 I said no thanks I don’t want to pay that and I don’t want to get that meds. They sent the meds anyways and started ignoring me. I then got a message telling me to just put it in the fridge until I’m ready for it.

My concern is, I don’t know how my body willl react to the dosage increases so I don’t know if I want that higher dosage. I also don’t want to pay for month 2 and month 4 together. I can’t afford that. And I feel misled by their website because it said the check in was due already. I explained this to them and they have been ignoring me for a week now. I’m at the point where I’m thinking of reaching out to BBB, consumer reports etc but I’m not sure if I’m just over reacting.

I talked to my mom today and the same thing happened to her but they cancelled her order without charging her $100. I message them daily and they just ignore me. I don’t know what to do as I’d like to keep using them to get my meds.

Thoughts?
