using flex disc vs soft disc

what are your recommendations for using either of those brands to work through period? my fav regular booked me for an overnight in 2 days but i woke up today with my period :( we don’t really have too much sex much, he prefers just to masturbrate and hang out. which brand would get me through an overnight? thank you ❤️❤️
