The local attractions binder problem

I’m juggling multiple properties and still relying on a physical binder full of local hotspots—it’s a nightmare to keep current and stain free. Anyone have a smarter solution that’s easy to update and share with guests? Should I go digital with a map, blog, or something else? Can it also boost my listings on Google, so I don't have to rely on Airbnb so much?
