Keyboard keeps falling back to either Dynamic Windows or Onboard Memory Preset

I have a Razer Huntsman Mini V3 Pro and I keep running into a persistent issue with SignalRGB controlling the lighting. I have tried every combination of settings between dynamic lighting being turned off/on, signalRGB being admin/non-admin, razer synapse being installed/uninstalled, synapse/keyboard being set to either fall back on a static chroma effect or dynamic lighting, none of them seem to work.

To clarify, signalRGB controls my keyboard while the program window is open and focused (clicked into) while Dynamic Lighting is turned on. But falls back to dynamic lighting immediately after clicking anything outside of the signalRGB window. Just turn dynamic lighting off easy fix right? Except when I turn off dynamic lighting and restart the program, the keyboard falls back on whatever color the onboard memory preset is set to and doesn't activate the lighting used in signalRGB at ALL. Well strangely enough I can see my keyboard flash the signalRGB lighting one time immediately after disabling dynamic lighting but then the keyboard immediately fades into the onboard memory preset.

When I first setup signalRGB, I swear it was working just as intended with Dynamic Lighting turned on. But after trying to listen to signalRGB's warning for dynamic lighting limiting my features and experimenting, I have not been able to have signalRGB work on the keyboard as intended again. I have not been able to replicate the setting since the initial setup. I have tried the beta version of signalRGB, uninstalled the beta version, reinstalled the release version, I've also tried doing the weird advanced chroma color setting that leaves the lighting as just a transparent static layer to see if my signalRGB preset would work through it, no success.

If anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears. From my understanding, the easiest way would probably be to somehow have dynamic lighting background controller be the less favored "compatible background application" over SignalRGB, but I haven't found a setting like that if one exists. The standard "allow compatible background applications" is enabled but again, it always falls back to the dynamic lighting windows color whenever signalRGB isn't open and clicked into directly.
