P500 Pedal Issue

Been using the P500's faultlessly with rumble haptics in iracing for the last month or 2. Mid race the accelerator sticks at 100%. Exit game. Unplugged power and usb. Left for 20 mins. Tried again, same result after approx 15 mins of driving. Have tried different hubs, cables, direct to PC. All connections on pedals also checked. No change. When this happens I am unable to calibrate pedals in iracing or Simpro (latest version). In Simpro when the fault occurs, wheel and wheel base are not detected, as soon as i unplug the pedals (regardless of how i have them plugged in), the wheel and base show as connected straight away. Has any one run across anything similar? Nothing with my set up has changed in the couple of months i have had them
