Best steroid nasal spray?

I live in Japan and want to ask my doctor for something affective.

• What is the best steroid nasal spray?
• Besides antibiotics, what medicines do you recommend?

I have intense sinusitis with endless Hulk-Green mucus. It even comes out of my eyes.I have tried going to specialist and the actual hospital and the common treatment is antibiotics, which I strongly refuse. I was given a 15mg Prednisone nasal spray but it does nothing.

I self medicate with OTC nose spray and ibuprofen and boxes of tissues.

I recently started a ketogenic diet based on meat and raw veggies in hopes of reducing inflammation and symptoms.

I do daily sauna and hot tub which helps. I clear my sinuses with saline solution 6-10 times a day.
