NHS and CPAP machines
Hi all. I have an appointment with the sleep clinic this Friday to be fitted with a sleep monitor for the night. I know I have sleep apnoea I’m told I gasp in my sleep, stop breathing, my snore is nothing quieter than the silent mumble of a lawn mower according to my Apple Watch.
If it records me having this thing will they give me a cpap or will they make me jump through hoops with weight loss first? Or try something else.
The weight loss hoop is killing me at getting treatment. Thing is I’m female and have pcos but they don’t treat me for that and unless I live off lettuce leaves and exercise 24/7 I don’t lose a pound and even then I lose no weight I just change shape
