Ok. How do I improve?

Forgive me if I used the wrong flair.

As a “content creator”, I’ve been gaming and posting for the past 5 years with no direct goal. For some time, I sought monetization for my channel; I then figured I really needed to come up with a process and try to get feedback.

From what I currently understand, I haven’t got a clue if I’m going in the right direction. I mean I see some progress in gaining subscribers, but the views and watch hours remain low. I have posted shorts, long form videos, gone live and added some community posts on my channel. Tried to get somewhat “consistent” posting everyday. I did my best to niche down and play one game to gain a following but I love too many games.

I know there is more I can do, but I still question the quantity and quality of my content. Any advice?
