Smith & Wesson Promo

I see the they have an offer for a free Viridian RFX15 optic with the purchase of a handgun and I was wondering if I could get some opinions on how good these optics are. Love to get the M&P 2.0 but if the optics isn’t worth getting then I might hold off for now .
