Am I handling too many accounts?

I work in a marketing agency where I currently manage five accounts across very different industries. I handle everything from A to Z, which includes creating content calendars, recording with a professional camera (something I had to learn on my own), graphic design, scheduling posts, writing captions, and essentially managing all aspects of the accounts.

Two of the accounts I manage require a post or reel every day, along with three stories daily, just to give you an idea of the workload.

As a fresher, I’m unsure if this amount of work is normal, where one person handles everything. That’s where I need your insight. Is this normal? To make things more challenging, my pay feels equivalent to what someone managing just one account would earn. My boss even mentioned knowing people who manage 10–20 accounts. Is that even possible????

I’d appreciate your advice on whether I should continue in this role as a fresher or consider other opportunities. Honestly, I feel completely drained from constantly thinking creatively and executing tasks.
