How do you post .wav files to youtube?

This is a stupid question, but I have a .wav file and I want to upload it to youtube to share with a few folks. I don't have imovie, or I would just lay it over a still image.

Is there a free alternative browser-based tool or android app I could use? Any guidance would be appreciated!
