is sparking zero worth playing now?

i got the game first day on release but as meta goes it became a cheese fest, i mean look at grand finals and the amount of android 13s people were using. i havent tried the new beast gohan but i heard the game is much better and want to hear opinions to see if its worth getting back into it.
