Did Vader only ever have one saber?

By this, I’m not talking about Anakin but Vader only. Did Vader ever have to replace his saber with an identical one after it was broken or stolen or some other reason? I’m not talking about other sabers he has wielded or held either like Ahsoka’s, Obi-Wan’s or Luke’s. Has he ever had a replacement or has it always been the same saber with Kirak Infil’a’s Crystal throughout his entire imperial career?
