So, JojaMart or Pierre?

Hello! Can anybody from the Joja run tell me what made them do the Joja run and not choose the Community Center-Junimo run? Is it because Pierre gets greedy in the long run? How do I stop it? I seem to have a moral dilemma, and want to choose the best possible action. Can someone help me out? Thank you!
