How did you learn of Stardew Valley?

For me it was reading a thread on something completely unrelated (I think it was something about creepy guys and someone brought up Clint haha).

Another comment said something about Stardew Valley being a lifesaver for them during a very hard time, and since my life wasn't exactly rainbows and unicorns at the time, I decided to try it out.

I don't remember what year it was, but as of now I'm almost 2300 hours into the game, and still playing :)
