where the hell did the junimo forest go

I'm on year 4, community center obviously completed, and a cutscene has played and I have been able to access it only one time. I went there and ran out of time and had to go home before I was able to do anything, and I don't have a warp for it now. It's never shown up again I have gone literally everyday the entire year and I'm now in fall

am i just dumb or something
