"Can't update to a specific commit without permission" please help

Having this error while trying to downgrade to kwalletmanager5, I am trying to clone my repository to github desktop and this error appears "the name org.freedesktop.secrets was not provided by any.service files" apparently the solution is to use kwalletmanager, but I can't do it.
