covid refund

I recently requested a refund for payments during the COVID pause. My student loan balance subsequently increased to the appropriate amount and this week I received a check that was substantially less than what I paid. I believe the check I just got from the treasury was the amount I paid on my loans from FedLoan, but nothing I paid at Mohela. Will those checks come later? Has anyone had experience getting a refund from both servicers?
