Stuytown Lottery Office?

Hey! Anyone else having a hard time getting ahold of the Lottery Office at StuyTown. I submitted my paperwork over a month ago and while I know it takes time my lease is about to end and I'm trying to get a sense of when the paperwork will be processed. I can't seem to get anyone on the phone and I've also emailed twice. Is there a physical office I can pop by? Any insights?
