Why do some subliminals not work?

Someone told me that all Subliminals work, so why can’t I lose weight after listening to weight loss Subliminals for months or how come I can never get a text back from someone when I listen to Subliminals that guarantee an instant reply or even just a reply in due time. I constantly listen to Subliminals and do meditations that remove blockages to so what’s the deal. And yea I’ve tried multiple different Subliminals within each category. And I give each one time to work.
