took 100mg promethazine & going to take more & scared

i took 10mg diazepam at 8am, took a normal amount of ibuprofen for my chronic pain, i'm also a huge stoner who just ran out of weed so i keep hitting this ancient vape cart that i don't think is doing anything but i'm not sure, now it's 1pm and i just took 100mg (4x 25mg tablets) of promethazine because i want to sleep. or die. i'm never sure. but i'm pretty sure it's the second one and i'm gonna take more shit and it's scary because i have a lot of pills. i've been to the hospital before for suicidal ideation and a separate time for an overdose and they really didn't give a fuck so please don't suggest i contact them. im just scared. and sorry.

if this is all i take will i just sleep real deep?
